Animal life around Chernobyl is also doing well. That's not an indication that radiation is harmless, it's an indication that human presence is even more harmful than radiation.

The Interdependence Day Corpses is a book of poems created by committee around the July 4th holiday with the tools of random chaos. It goes like this - everybody writes a line of poetry on a slip of paper. Repeat as desired. All the slips of paper go into a hat, which is then shaken (not stirred), and passed around so everyone can pick out random slips of poetry. Everybody sets about with tape and imagination to combine random slips into a single poem. Then the fun begins, and we read them.
Myself and one other generous soul took one of these sessions and compiled pages into a booklet. The artwork is hers, which I scanned into a booklet, printed and bound.
I plan on recreating the booklet here in the lair, much like I had done with cynbrx, but for now it is available as a pdf.

Update 2008: This book and others added to the Poetry section (formerly called cynbrx).
